In the past year, the manufacturing industry of aquatic products in the Pearl River Delta has sparked a wave of intelligent transformation. The production of ornamental fish and turtle food has accelerated the elimination of traditional semi manual production lines, and manufacturers with an annual output of over 10000 tons have generally started the construction of intelligent factories. A complete set of imported puffing hosts, automated logistics, and robot palletizing systems have become standard equipment in newly built factories, completely rewriting the traditional manufacturing mode of aquatic feed. Previously, the mainstream production lines in the industry relied heavily on manual batching, manual transportation, and manual packaging, which posed pain points such as large proportioning errors, high risks of foreign matter mixing, low production capacity limits, and high labor costs. However, the new generation of intelligent production lines is equipped with twin-screw puffing hosts, matched with international brand reducers, electric regulating valves, and high-speed tempering systems. With the help of PLC intelligent central control, one click raw material tempering and precise automatic addition of fresh meat slurry can be achieved, improving the efficiency of raw material mixing and maturation by more than 40%. The uniformity of feed particles and water stability are greatly optimized.
The entire production line is equipped with high-speed centrifugal ultrafine crushers and high-sensitivity metal detection equipment, which automatically screen for metal foreign objects from raw materials entering the factory to finished products leaving the factory, eliminating finished product pollution; The finished product section is equipped with a multi head high-precision combination scale, with a weighing accuracy of up to 0.1 grams. The fully automatic bag packaging machine integrates triple heat sealing, vacuum cleaning, and steel stamp anti-counterfeiting functions. After double weight detection, the products are palletized and automatically sealed and tied by industrial robots. The entire production line only requires a small number of personnel to be on duty, and the annual production capacity of a single production line can exceed 10000 tons. The intelligent transformation synchronously connects the production and warehousing links, supporting a 24 meter high-level automated three-dimensional warehouse, equipped with AGV handling robots and three-dimensional stackers, setting up thousands of standard storage positions, seamlessly connecting with the front-end production line, realizing the unmanned closed-loop process of raw material warehousing, production circulation, finished product storage, and outbound shipment. Industry research data shows that factories that have completed the upgrade of fully intelligent production lines have increased their per capita production capacity by 5 times, reduced product defect rates by 90%, and reduced storage space by 60%. Although the initial equipment investment cost is high, the comprehensive costs of long-term production, labor, and losses have significantly decreased. At present, there are more than ten aquatic intelligent factories under construction and put into operation in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. Industry experts predict that small and medium-sized manufacturers who have not completed automation transformation in the next three years will lose their competitiveness in high-end orders at home and abroad, and intelligent manufacturing will become the basic threshold for industry survival.
