The company operates 5 intelligent automated production lines with world-class equipment. Its core production line features an imported American Wenger twin-screw extruder, paired with a Donaldson cooling system, Spirax Sarco control valves, SEW reducers, and a HIP high-speed conditioning system for one-click operation.
The extruder uses Siemens PLC intelligent control, enabling precise automatic dosing of fresh meat slurry for efficient mixing and extrusion. A central intelligent control system supports real-time monitoring and remote adjustment, ensuring stable extrusion parameters and superior product quality.

The full line includes a high-speed centrifugal ultra-fine grinder and imported German metal detectors to prevent foreign contamination and ensure purity.
Cooperation
Finished products are handled by ABB robotic palletizers, Z-type conveyors, and 52-head weighers accurate to 0.1g for precise portion control. The automatic bagging machine uses triple heat sealing, dust collection, and anti-counterfeiting stamping. After dual weight checks, products are automatically boxed and strapped.
Porpoise’s automated lines for ornamental fish and turtle food have an annual capacity of 50,000 tons.
It also runs a fully automated 24-meter-high three-dimensional warehouse with over 5,100 storage slots, seamlessly connected to production. AGVs and stackers enable automated storage and retrieval, creating a fully integrated intelligent production-warehousing system for stable and efficient operations.

To ensure our product’s quality, our testers will process 3 categories with more than 10 detection methods: Organic inspection, biochemical analysis, and microbial analysis.
