Step 1 — Inquiry & Demand Confirmation

Clients send inquiries via website form, email or WhatsApp, including target fish species, feed type (floating/sinking/flakes), nutrition requirements, color-enhancing, intestinal protection, low-cloud-water formula, packaging style, OEM logo and purchasing quantity. Our professional sales & R&D team provides 24-hour one-on-one precise docking.

Step 2 — Formula Customization & Formal Quotation

According to the client’s local market positioning and product demands, our R&D team adjusts protein, astaxanthin, probiotics and anti-oxidation ingredients. We provide exclusive feed formula solution and official quotation with clear MOQ, sample lead time, mass production cycle, certification standards and packaging schemes, with zero hidden costs.

Sample Production & Formula Final Confirmation

We produce customized fish feed samples according to the confirmed scheme. All samples will be tested for palatability, water solubility, anti-cloudy water performance and storage stability. After the client confirms the formula, particle size, color and packaging, the sample will be taken as the official standard for mass production.

Step 4 — Contract Signing & Project Launch

After sample confirmation, both parties sign a formal export cooperation contract to clarify product standards, formula confidentiality, delivery terms, payment terms and after-sales clauses. Once the deposit is received, we will arrange production scheduling and build a dedicated service group for real-time progress synchronization.

Step 5 — Automated Production & Strict QC Management 

All fish food is produced by automated extrusion production lines. We strictly control raw material freshness, baking temperature and production hygiene. During production, we conduct regular nutrition testing, dust control and anti-oxidation treatment, and update production photos and videos to clients in real time.

Step 6 — Pre-shipment Inspection & Document Sorting

Before delivery, all products will pass multi-dimensional inspection including nutrition composition, particle uniformity, water stability and moisture-proof packaging. We provide complete qualification documents such as food safety test reports, ISO9001, BRC and FDA related certification to support global customs clearance.

Step 7 — Balance Payment & Global Shipment 

After the client completes the balance payment, we arrange sea freight, air freight or express delivery according to the demand. We provide complete shipping documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin to ensure smooth delivery.

Step 8 — Long-term After-sales & Technical Support
