The entire intelligent warehousing system seamlessly integrates with the front-end fully automated production line. After puffing and packaging, the finished products are automatically transported to the three-dimensional warehouse entrance through a Z-shaped elevator, and robots automatically complete pallet stacking and shelving storage; After the downstream distributor's order is issued, the system automatically plans the picking path, and the AGV robot independently completes the retrieval and outbound transportation of goods without manual intervention. The daily average processing volume of a single warehouse is increased by more than three times, and only 2-3 operation and maintenance personnel are needed to complete the entire warehouse operation and management.
